Onsite Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Onsite Engineer to deliver hands-on technical support, installations, and maintenance at client sites. You will work directly with customers to deploy and troubleshoot solar systems, smart home solutions, CCTV, and office technology.

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain solar power systems, smart home devices, and CCTV solutions at client locations
  • Conduct site surveys and provide technical recommendations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site
  • Coordinate with the operations team and ensure timely project delivery
  • Maintain accurate documentation of installations and service visits

Requirements

  • Technical certification or relevant experience in electrical/electronics, IT, or related field
  • Hands-on experience with solar installations, CCTV, or smart home systems is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused attitude
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
